Prices are per night and per apartment. For each additional person € 18 / night will be charged.

Additionally, a local tourist tax of €2.50 per person per night applies (children under 14 are exempt).

A deposit is required to confirm your booking.

Please include your name and travel dates in the payment reference. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation (according to Italian Civil Code Art. 1.385).

Check-in & Check-out

Our holiday apartments at Moarhof are available from 2:00 PM on your arrival day. On departure day, we kindly ask you to check out by 9:00 AM.

Bringing Your Dog?

We know how important your four-legged friends are! Dogs are welcome upon request—please contact us in advance so we can plan accordingly.

Shops & Restaurants Nearby

The center of Fiè allo Sciliar is just a 5-minute walk away, offering supermarkets, small shops, great restaurants, pizzerias, and cozy bars. Shops are open daily except Sundays & holidays. More details can be found in our Guest Information Booklet.

Cancellation Policy

Sometimes, plans change. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. Here’s what applies (according to Art. 1382 Civil Code):

• Up to 60 days before arrival: Cancellation minus deposit possible
• Up to 4 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total price
• Less than 4 weeks before arrival: 100% of the total price
• Late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total price

Travel Insurance

To save costs, we recommend that you secure yourself before the start of your holiday. According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. However, we grant you the right to withdraw according to the following cancellation conditions as defined in art. 1382 (Civil Code).
