Moarhof is more than just a farmhouse – it’s a piece of history. First documented in the 12th century as the “Bishop’s Moarhof,” it was once the largest farm in Fiè allo Sciliar, where local farmers delivered their tithe to the Bishop of Bressanone. Located above the village, our lovingly restored farmhouse offers breathtaking views of Fiè allo Sciliar, Prösels Castle, and the majestic Sciliar mountain.
We’ve carefully renovated the Moarhof, preserving its unique historic character. Sandstone arches, a tower-like annex, and traditional wood-paneled rooms still tell the story of centuries past. Our family has called this farm home for over 180 years, and we take pride in ensuring every guest feels welcome and at home.
